All the comfort you need

The main house of Casa San Carlo consists of 6 spacious, comfortable apartments, suitable for 2 to 6 persons. There is one apartment on the ground floor (with two adjoining terraces), three apartments on the first floor (each with private balcony) and two apartments on the second floor of the house. Next to the house we also have a small studio, suitable for 2 to 4 persons.

Each apartment was named after a nearby city or area, therefore names such as Trasimeno (after the Lake), Orvieto, etc. Except for the studio, when we bought the house we named it after our little girl, Giulia, who was then only 6 months old.

Each apartment has a well equiped kitchen and living area, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and either one or two bedrooms. Some of the apartments have sofabeds, offering extra space to sleep for an addtional two persons. The kitchens are equiped with pots and pans, tableware, cutlery, a coffemaker, a toaster, a furnace, a fridge with seperate freezer. On arrival, guests will find a special ‘ starters cooking kit’ with a bottle of our Casa San Carlo Extra vergine olive oil, some balsamic vinegar, suger, salt, pepper. We also supply washing liquid and washing up brush, wastebin bags and toilet paper. In every apartment there is a fan and a mosquito net in each sleeping area available.
The bedrooms are mostly double bedrooms; some have an extra single bed to offer families with small children all the space they need. Cots are also available, and if necessary extra beds can be placed in some of the apartments.

Casa San Carlo has a very large (partly roofed) terrace around the house, that offers a phenomenal view of the swimming pool and the valley around us. In the downstair kitchen, guests will be able to use the microwave and there is a laundry room with washing machine. Read more about the extra services we offer (linken naar de pagina over het huis)

Also nice to know: for our guests convenience we have bookcases in every apartment wit hall sorts of books in Dutch and English, for children and adults. So don’t pack too much luggage, you won’t be bored easily!
