Spending your holiday in Umbria!

Below, you can fill in your preferred day of arrival and day of departure. Please also indicate the number of people you will be travelling with. Automatically, you will then see which apartments are still available for your requested dates. Also, you will see what the cost of your stay in that specific apartment would be. Based on that information, you can send us a request for your holiday with us. All you need to do is click on ‘Book now’ and fill in your contact details. We will then contact you by email.

Please note: in high season (July & August) the day of arrival and departure is always a Saturday. This means that in those months you can only book a stay at Casa San Carlo for 1 whole week (or more weeks). For the rest of our season you can choose the day of arrival and we ask for a minimum stay of 2 nights. The swimming pool is open from mid April until the end of September. Casa San Carlo is closed from 1st november until 1st of April, except for special group rentals. Please contact us if you are interested to stay at Casa San Carlo in that period, for example for Christmas or New Years Eve.

Renting the whole villa exclusively (7 apartments)

Casa San Carlo is available for groups who want to travel together and stay in one and the same location. Because the house is divided into 7 seperate apartments, everyone can enjoy his or her privacy. But the communal living room and kitchen downstairs, and of course the swimming pool will offer your group all the opportunity you wish for to do fun things as a group, like cooking and having dinner together. All in all, the 7 apartments have 10 bedrooms with double or single beds (for 20 people) and there are also 5 sofabeds (for an extra 10 people). There are also baby cots available. Naturally, we would be more than happy to offer you a fully catered stay. And we would also love to arrange winetastings or other outings for you and your group of travellers!
