As your personal wedding planner on location, Klaartje takes care of the entire organization of your wedding weekend and arranges everything you need as a future couple. From catering, hairdresser and make-up, wedding cake, prosecco bar, table decorations, flowers and decorations, white runners, wedding arches, extra tables, chairs and patio stoves... to professional photographer and videographer, live jazz band, DJ, oldtimer bridal cars....
Thanks to her years of experience, she has put together a team of very reliable and knowledgeable suppliers with whom she makes every wedding at Casa San Carlo a great success! Of course, she also arranges the contact with the mayor for the processing of the necessary papers if you want to get married under Italian law. In the months before your wedding, she will keep in touch with you through regular video calls, she will handle and monitor your budget and she will be your point of contact and organizer during the entire wedding weekend itself.
And at the end of a beautiful, romantic wedding day, when everyone is completely happy and satisfied, she naturally likes to dance a happy dance with the bride and groom and their guests ;)!
Ceremony
Would you like to get married officially before the law or get married ceremonially? If you want to celebrate your wedding at Casa San Carlo, you can do both. The ceremony can take place on the lovely lookout square in the village, romantic in the open air, beautifully decorated, and with a breathtaking view over the entire valley. After saying yes, there will be festive live music and sparkling prosecco for everyone, and everyone can congratulate the radiant bride and groom!
Dinner
A festive and special moment: being able to sit down at long tables as a brand new bride and groom with all your dear family and friends around you! Klaartje ensures that all tables are beautifully set and decorated in your own style and taste, and a professional chef conjures up delicious, authentic Italian dishes of your choice, with of course good, matching wines. A true dream dinner at sunset!
Party
And then it's time to dance! A stylish opening dance or just letting that hard disco beat pop right away: the choice is yours. After dinner, the DJ is ready to make your evening complete with a good party. The tables are set aside, the dance floor is for you, let's party!
