Celebrating a holiday in Umbria!

Fill in the arrival and departure date of your preference below and indicate the number of people you want to spend your holiday with. You will immediately see which apartments are available during that period and a price for your stay will be automatically calculated. Based on that information and some personal details, you can then proceed with your reservation request. Klaartje will then - within 48 hours at the latest - review and confirm your reservation (or, if the reservation is unexpectedly not possible, she will of course contact you!), and you will also receive an automatic confirmation by email. In this confirmation of your reservation you will also receive our Terms and Conditions and our deposit request to actually make your reservation final. Are you unable to indicate your desired dates in the schedule? Maybe everything is already occupied, or there is an option on the house. Casa San Carlo is closed from November 1 to April 1, except for special group stays, such as Christmas and New Year's Eve.

The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April to the end of October, and is heated (in the spring and autumn months of April, May, September and October).

Rent the whole house with a guest group

Casa San Carlo can also be rented for larger groups of guests. The layout with 7 apartments provides the desired private privacy. The communal living room and kitchen offer groups every opportunity to do fun things together, such as cooking and eating. Together, the 7 apartments have 10 bedrooms with beds for 21 people (double and single beds) and there are a total of 5 sofa beds for 9 additional people. In total, a maximum of 30 guests can stay at Casa San Carlo at the same time. Of course we can provide 'extra service' all kinds of meals, or even a fully catered stay. Wine pairings and wine tastings for you and your group are also possible.
