Casa del Leone: lovely house with private pool (6-8 people)

Within walking distance of Casa San Carlo, along 'our' road, the Vocabolo Perumpetto, is Casa del Leone, a beautifully renovated house for 6 to 8 people, with a beautiful private pool, stone BBQ and pizza (wood) oven. The entire house is equipped with wifi and air conditioning.

Casa del Leone has a nice spacious garden, with its own driveway (closed off from the street), and beautiful plants. Fruit trees in the grass, lavender and rosemary in the borders and some sunny lemon trees in beautiful terracotta pots adorn the terrace. All guests of Casa del Leone can also use the 'orto', the vegetable garden: the sun-ripened cherry tomatoes are not to be missed! On the terrace, at the front and on the side of the house, two sitting areas have been created. On the side of the house there is first of all the outdoor dining table with 6 chairs, with a large parasol that covers the entire dining area from the summer sun. At the front of the house is a pergola with jasmine, under which a sitting area with lounge sofas has been placed. Of course, there is also more than enough lying and sitting space at the pool, whether or not in the shade thanks to the canopy there.

Layout of the house:

On the ground floor in the house is the large living room with fireplace, a spacious sitting area with large lounge sofa, flowing directly into the dining area. In the dining area there is a dining table for 8 people. On the other side of the room is a desk with a large floor lamp. From the dining room you walk into the luxury kitchen. It is fully equipped with a six-burner stove with convection oven, a large refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and 2 luxurious bathrooms with spacious walk-in (rain) shower and toilet. All windows in the house have mosquito nets and shutters. In one of the two bedrooms there are 2 sofa beds for a 7th and 8th person. There is a baby cot and a baby chair. Under the house there is a technical room where there is also a washing machine that can be used by guests. The pool is cleaned and maintained twice a week (early in the morning, without disturbing the guests).

Casa del Leone will be available for rent in 2026 from April 4 to October 31, 2026. In the months of July and August it is rented per whole week (from Saturday - Saturday). In the other months, midweeks or long weekends are also possible (minimum 3 nights).
